From 30-person birthdays to 250+ guest raves. Seated events with projector screens fit about 50; open-floor nights scale much higher. Tell us your headcount and we will lay the room out around it.

The room, the full lighting rig set and operated by our crew, speakers and DJ booth, the steel bar, private parking, your setup time and the cleanup after you leave. One number. You are not renting an empty box and then chasing vendors for everything else.

No. The rig is already hung and our crew runs it. Lasers, spots, strobes, neon and a disco ball, plus dual speakers with bass. Most venues charge for this separately or make you rent it in. Here it is in the price.

That is the point of a blackout warehouse. Push-pins and drafting tape for decor, and our team can build the theme with you, custom lighting, set pieces, projection. People have turned this room into a nightclub, a runway and a product launch in the same month.

Music steps down at 3am and cuts at 4am, and with approval you can extend past your end time. We build the timeline around your run-of-show rather than pushing you out at a fixed hour.

Yes, with a Special Occasion Permit from the AGCO sent to us 4 days ahead. We do not sell alcohol, so you bring your own and keep the bar margin. Licensed security is required whenever alcohol is served.

A private 20-car lot on site plus two overflow lots nearby. Your guests are not circling the block or paying for street parking, and load-in is drive-in at ground level.

Talk to us anyway. Daytime and weekday events run at reduced rates, and we would rather build a night that fits your budget than lose it. No event is too big and no budget too small.

// Before You Book

The fine print

The standard house rules every event runs on. Nothing unusual, all there to keep your night smooth and the space protected. The full rental agreement is shared once you book.

01 · Deposit & Payment

Deposit reserves the date. Balance due 4 days before your event. Non-refundable unless cancelled in writing at least 14 days out. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

02 · Security

Client arranges licensed security. Over 75 guests needs 2 or more guards, and security is mandatory any time alcohol is served, this one is non-negotiable. Fees are separate from the rental.

03 · Alcohol & SOP

We don't sell or supply alcohol. To serve it you need a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the AGCO, sent to us 4 days ahead. No service under 19. No permit, no event.

04 · Curfew & Sound

Music steps down 20% at 3:00 AM and cuts off at 4:00 AM. We're in a mixed residential pocket, so outdoor sound has legal limits.

05 · Running Late

With approval, run past your end time at $250 per extra 15 minutes or $1,000 per hour. Flag it during planning.

06 · Guest List & Capacity

Under AGCO private-event rules a guest list is kept at the door and only listed guests get in. Posted occupancy limits apply.

07 · Clean-up

Clear all decor and trash by the end of your window. A large amount of garbage adds an $80 disposal fee applies, and anything left is removed at cost.

08 · The Cyclorama

The cyclorama is a seamless white wall, and it's expensive. Nobody stands on the cyc. We rope it off. Damage means a contractor repair fee.

09 · Decorations

Only push-pins and drafting tape for decor. Nothing hung from fixtures, nothing nailed or screwed.

10 · Parking

Three designated lots: 98 Montcalm (main), 80 Montcalm (secondary), and the Rona lot at 1300 Castlefield. Homes nearby, so keep cars in the assigned lots.
