Every booking gets both stages, the blackout VOID and the pre-lit cyclorama, plus our in-house lighting package, the top box at no extra charge, 200A power, and drive-in access. The basics are in the price. You're not paying for them piece by piece.
Add-on sets and FX, rain rig, snow, flame, neon, and any custom build sit on top of the base rate, since our crew builds them for your shoot. Overtime past your booked block is the other one. We quote all of it up front, so nothing surprises you on invoice day.

Everything lives in one room. A blackout VOID, an infinite white cyc, rain, fire and a drive-in door, all under one roof. No second location, no company move and no day lost to logistics.
Lighting is on tap. The grid, the cyc box and the key light are rigged and run from a single iPad, so you change the mood of a frame in seconds instead of resetting the room.
A crew runs it with you. Every set and effect you rent is built and operated by our team. You call the shot and we make it happen, so your people stay on the work.
And the studio says yes. Rain, fire, water, animals, late nights and the content most rooms quietly turn away. If you can imagine it, you can shoot it here.

Stage 01
The VOID
True blackout. Black walls, zero spill, zero reflections, total command of your light. The perfect canvas for rain, water and high-contrast frames that look expensive.
Stage 02
The Cyclorama
A seamless white cyc, 25 by 25 ft and 12 ft tall, with a curved base that swallows the horizon line. Pure, edgeless white whenever you want it, and nothing to paint out in post.
Lighting 03
The Batman Light
Our custom cyc box. Over a thousand LEDs behind a half-diffused panel, bi-color or full RGB, run from the iPad. Wash the whole cyc in any color with a tap.
Rigging 04
The Motorized Grid
A remote-controlled grid in the VOID. Lower it to waist height to load your fixtures, then drive it back up. Motor mounts and rigging points put light exactly where you want it, in seconds.
Lighting 05
The Top-Down Light
A 250W RGB LED panel, 8 by 8 of soft light on a 3 ft drop with quarter-silk diffusion, iPad controlled. An instant overhead key or a flood of color, included in your rental.
Access 06
The Drive-In Garage
A 12 by 12 ft door at ground level. Drive a car onto set or roll in a full build. No stairs, no wrangling, no problem.
Support 07
Makeup & Green Room
A large glam room with four lit mirror stations, full-length mirrors, a vanity and sink, couch seating, plus clothing racks and steamers.

A full cinema lighting and grip kit lives here. Rent what you need and our team rigs and runs it, so your crew stays on the shot, not the setup.
Add-ons need advance notice so our team can pre-rig everything before your call. Technician-run effects like the laser bars include an operator at $50/hr. Your rep will send the current inventory with quantities and day rates.

SETS & SPECIAL EFFECTS, ADD-ON
Every set and effect below is an optional add-on layered on top of your studio day. We pre-build, install and operate each one, so there are no DIY builds and no delays. Tell your rep what you want and we will quote it and have it staged and ready when you arrive.
Bullet Hole Set
Pre-distressed bullet-hole walls for gritty, high-contrast frames. Goes from walls only up to a full double-wall package or a four-wall hallway with lighting and smoke.
Top-Down Cube
A black cube hung overhead with a 350W RGB source inside, so it reads as a floating box of light. Power upgrade and a four-meter circle version available.
Hanging Chains
Full-length industrial chains, from a ten to twelve chain mid set up to a twenty-plus XL that includes a spotlight and a smoke machine.
Hanging Mirrors
A collection of mirrors you arrange yourself, from three clean mirrors up to a cracked-and-clean set with full-body pieces, stands and a water sprayer.
Glass Box
A plexiglass box supported from above or below, from a three-wall Hollywood box up to a large rectangular cage, with haze and light included.
Mirror Box Set
A custom two-meter mirror box for infinity-style reflections, available with built-in tube lighting inside.
Vintage TV Wall
Rare vintage prop TVs that power on and play static. Built from a single ten to fifteen set wall up to a huge double-wall stack. Write on them for an extra look.
Vintage Lamp Set
Warm practical lamps wired across the floor and dimmable by hand, from a mini lounge up to twenty rare vintage lamps with RGB bulbs and haze.
Snow Set
A Blizzard snow machine that makes instant snowfall on demand, from a small close-up area up to a full XL storm with adjustable flake size and fan speed.
Rain Set
One of the largest dedicated rain rigs in the GTA at 3m by 3m. Scales up to fit a car underneath, with an XL option that adds RGB strobe lightning and haze.
Infinity Pool
A dedicated pool set for reflections and ripple texture, in sizes from a 12 ft photo pool up to a 24 ft XL with clean borders and added depth.
Flame Machines
Pyro flame machines that fire real bursts on cue. Starts at a set of two with gas, and scales to a four-machine wide setup or up to ten for the big moments.
Flamethrower Prop
A movie-prop flame machine that throws a one to three meter flame, run by a safety operator. A boosted single and a double-machine version are available.
Holographic Laser
Volumetric 3D laser effects you can shape and color, from medium beams up to a full-screen short-throw that plays beautifully against a car or wide set.
Laser-Beam Bars
Motorized beam bars set up and programmed before you arrive. One bar for close-ups up to a four-kit wash. Runs with a technician at $50/hr.
Moving-Beam Heads
Motorized moving-head beams for movement and symmetry, from a single unit up to a two or four-light kit and an eight-unit array for wide shots.
Spot Light
A clean, punchy spotlight from low power for close-ups up to a bright gelled head, with an RGB option when you want color.
LED Neon Tubes
Wireless RGB tube lights, from a single Nanlite Pavo tube up to a double kit with mounts and an eight-piece Astera Pixel kit. Charged and ready.
Batman Light
Our custom four-meter Batman light, a black box on truss, from clean white tubes up to a full Astera kit with a lighting technician.
Projector
Projectors with cables included, from a standard unit up to a 10K-lumen projection-mapping rig. Bring your laptop or use ours.
Fake LED Screen
A projected screen wall that reads like an LED volume, from a half wall up to an XL seamless backdrop, with a true LED screen available on request.
Smoke & Fog
Atmosphere on demand, from a mini smoke machine and haze up to a high-output cloud maker or low-lying dry ice that crawls along the floor.
Cyclorama
Our large white cyclorama, included in the studio rate and pre-lit. Add a fresh white paint refresh, or convert it to a full green screen on request.

Add-on sets: Snow, Flame machines, Jail, Neon Cube, Top-Down Cube, Hanging Chain, Bullet Hole, all built for your shoot. Add-on lighting and FX: lasers, moving heads, projectors, spotlights, strobes, soft lights, smoke and haze. Holding your date: a deposit locks it in, soft holds last 48 hours, and we also list on platforms like Giggster and Peerspace, so a deposit is the only way to be sure. // Paperwork
LIGHT ON PAPERWORK
We keep the admin out of your way. A booking deposit holds the date and the balance is due before you arrive, and that is usually all it takes. Smaller shoots with no heavy rigging or stunts need no certificate of insurance, and there is no separate damage or security deposit to chase. Larger or insured productions simply send a certificate ahead of the shoot, and we share the full house rules up front so everyone is set before call time.
