Bookings

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A deposit holds your date, soft holds last 48 hours, and the balance is due before your shoot. Rates listed on the site are reference rates; final pricing is confirmed in your quote.

Use of the studio

Clients are responsible for their crew, talent and equipment while on site. Sets, effects and equipment are operated by or with our crew as arranged. Damage beyond normal wear may be billed.

Overtime & changes

Time beyond the booked block is billed as overtime at the rate stated in your quote. Reschedules and cancellations follow the terms in your booking confirmation.

Insurance

Smaller shoots with no heavy rigging or stunts do not require a certificate of insurance. Larger or insured productions send a certificate ahead of the shoot.

Content

All site content, including photos and video of our sets and space, belongs to Moonlight Rentals Inc. or its clients and may not be reused without permission.
